Scania Support Programmes

Scania have over 40 years’ experience in providing customers with expertise and support. That is reflected in the development of today’s support programmes. These programmes are designed to maximise business efficiency at a reasonable cost.

Maintenance Contracts

When you sign a contract with Cawley Commercials, you’ll receive the recommended preventive maintenance plan for your vehicles, based upon their specifications and planned driving conditions. We can even include non-chassis equipment and superstructures.

You simply pay a flat monthly fee, or a one-off payment up front. This means you know the maintenance costs throughout the contract, it simplifies your budgeting and enables you to price your customer transport assignments with confidence. And because you always deal with the same workshop, the service team builds a thorough knowledge of your vehicles and their service history, for efficient and accurate diagnosis if a problem crops up.

Vehicles supported by a Scania Maintenance Contract also benefit from higher residual values.

Main features:

  • Protection against component wear and tear.
  • Maintenance to manufacturer’s guidelines.
  • Preferential parts and labour rates.
  • Manageable monthly payment terms.
  • Maximum uptime for your business.

Standard Inclusions

  • Routine maintenance to manufacturer’s guidelines and safety inspections
  • Repair of manufacturer’s components
  • Vehicle document filing
  • Defect reporting

You work out a contract together with Cawley Commercials. Contracts can be tailored to your operating needs and your budget. That means your contract may include just the powertrain, the entire chassis, or it could even be extended to include auxiliary equipment. The choice is yours.

But while repairs will generally be carried out by our workshop, contracts typically enable repairs at other Scania workshops when your vehicles are far from home. As well as the peace of mind provided by a Scania Repair and Maintenance Contract, you can also expect a better price when the time comes to trade in or sell your vehicle.
